1. Termokar Fabrika Binası

1st Termokar Factory Building, located in İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone over 6.000 sqm of outdoor and 3.900 sqm of indoor areas, as a complete steel construction. 720 sqm of the factory building planned by Kar Construction, which is among one of Karcıoğlu Group’s subsidiaries, was given to the administrative building. The factory, where a spacious working place is provided, by using completely glass in the façade of the factory, has been interpreted with an aesthetic understanding.
